How to keep calm in a stressful world

Short simple ways of reducing STRESS

Did you know that not all stress is bad?

We will show you some simple ways to reduce stress, discover what gadgets are available and how they work.

Have you ever wondered what all the fuss was about meditation?

Be sure to wear comfortable clothing as you learn how to meditate and participate in a mini meditation session to get you ready for your seated yoga class.

Take these skills with you into the workplace, at home or even while you travel.

Join us at BAKERS’ HOUSE, 10 Welcome Meander in HARRISDALE

on SATURDAY 17th February 2018 from 2 pm until 5 pm

 Your $20.00 ticket includes;

  • Information on Stress reducing techniques, gadgets and how they work.
  • Mini-meditation session – (Helen Greenwood – Qigong practitioner)
  • Seated yoga class – (Mandi J Nelson – Yoga Instructor at Cherishu)
  • Take home information pack and merchandise
  • Afternoon refreshments made with ingredients known to reduce stress.
