Tourmaline

TOURMALINE

Tourmaline can be found in any colour and is often found as combinations of colours. Tourmaline tends to form within rocks such as granite or quartz which makes extracting the tourmaline crystals difficult.

Colour: All colours

Lustre: Vitreous

There are many different colour varieties including:

 

Indicolite (blue):

– balances the throat chakra, therefore aiding with the thyroid, lungs and larynx

-aids with intelligence and concentration

-increases honesty

-aids with empathy

 

Rubellite (red or pink):

-either stimulating or calming

-balances personalities

-passion stone

 

Verdelite (green):

-boosts immune system

-increases confidence

-aids with success

-helps with planning new things

-clears the aura

-calming

-aids with the heart
