YARROW (Achillea millefolium) This herb is often used internally to treat excessive bleeding, indigestion, and diarrhoea amongst other ailments, and externally to help heal minor cuts and scrapes. Yarrow is also used in cosmetics to treat oily skin and as a cleanser. It is a flowering plant in the Asteraceae (aster, daisy, or sunflower) family and is native to temperate regions of Asia, Europe, and North America. Its name is derived from the Greek hero Achilles as he supposedly used it to heal soldier’s wounds during the Trojan War. It is also known as: blood wort, carpenter’s weed, knight’s milfoil, old man’s pepper, nosebleed, and staunch grass.   HEALTH BENEFITS:

Diamond is the hardest mineral in the world, with a hardness of 10 on Moh’s hardness scale. Diamond is composed completely of carbon atoms arranged in a strong crystal lattice. It is so hard because the carbon atoms are bonded together via extremely strong covalent bonds. There are usually hardly any impurities in diamond due to the rigidity of its lattice, but when there is nitrogen or boron present, the diamond will turn yellow or blue respectively.   Diamond is formed at extremely high pressures and temperatures deep under the Earth’s surface. This depth usually varies between 140 – 190 kilometres into the Earth’s mantle.
